HIVE NEWS:: Jubilation as police kill most-wanted Imo robber

There was jubilation at the state police command in Imo State in Oweri when. The remains of the state moat wanted armed robber, Ihechi Nwankwo, we're brought from Umuahia, the Abia state capital.

The Imo state police command spokesman Andrew Enwerem told southern city news that the 27 year old armed robber, had been on the wanted list for a long time.

Enwerem ssid, Nwankwo had been involved in a series of criminal operations including robbing a bank customer of N8m at Access Bank at Ahiara Junction on August 8.

A police source, who didn't want to be named told southern city that Nwankwo met his waterloo after he mastermind a robbery attack on a Chinese expatriate in Oweri in May.
